I don't know how to get out when i can... terrible Short on GS... then i tried to win it back... First down day in 2 weeks... and it kills everything I've made... DAMMIT!

ya , consistency takes time and experience , keep at it , remember , STOP out , preserve capital and slow down the trading when not performing . you should show some trades on the blog and what you thought , maybe we can help/learn through the bad ones. Trev. (Thaitrader)
